What role will you play?
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
Working collaboratively with our business SMEs you will utilise your planning and delivery expert judgement to guide and build delivery roadmaps. You will also engage with stakeholders across our organisation on delivery initiatives requiring consultation and input.
What you offer
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical project management within the financial services industry
- Customer obsession and a product mindset to create a world class experience for our people and customers we serve
- Experience implementing SaaS and 3rd party cloud solutions in an enterprise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and commercial mindset
- Experience forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery
- Super user skills on Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence)
- Proven track record to managing and driving changes in a fast-moving environment across many different teams.
