The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Dental Assistant to join our team part-time. The role is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7.45 am - 5.15 pm. In this capacity, you'll be a pivotal player, collaborating with the Practice Manager to elevate the clinical aspects of the practice. Your focus will be on enhancing patient experiences and driving innovative clinical initiatives, contributing significantly to the ongoing success and growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in the day-to-day management of your surgery, ensuring every patient interaction is exceptional.
- Cultivate a professional and inviting clinical environment for our valued patients.
- Maintain a pristine and well-presented clinical area.
- Contribute to the formation of a high-performing clinical team.
- Provide invaluable support, encouragement, and mentoring to fellow clinical team members.
- Act as a positive role model, inspiring and guiding your colleagues to deliver their best.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive practice growth, actively participating in clinical initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing the well-being of both new and existing patients.
- Handle clinical activities, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working in surgery and the sterilisation room to support overall practice operations.
- Contribute to WH&S audits and proactively implement recommended improvements within specified timelines.
