With offices across Australia and Asia, this firm leverages strong relationships with a select group of retail/hotel brands, developers, commercial property firms, and financial institutions nationally, providing them with a consolidated pipeline of repeat/negotiated work.

- Lead/oversee the end-to-end design process on D&C projects - including client engagement, concept design, workplace strategy, project pitching, and delivery
- Manage key project stakeholders, including design team, clients, consultants, and suppliers, whilst working collaboratively with the group's Project Delivery Teams
- Interpret, understand and execute client's design needs to ensure their vision is realised, without compromising budget or buildability
- Tertiary qualification in architecture or interior design
- Minimum of 6 years experience manging the design process for commercial interiors projects, and ability to work across multiple projects concurrently
- Have strong communication, interpersonal skills and preemptive problem solving ability
- Be experienced in key stakeholder engagement and client liaison
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced live environment
- Experienced using design software including ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Indesign and Photoshop.
