We are looking for an inventive and experienced Senior Instructional Designer, to provide advice and collaborate on the application of WCAG requirements and the development and maintenance of technical training and learning materials. You must be able to engage and collaborate with subject matter experts and across business teams to design and develop internal and external training offerings and just in time resources - ranging from face to face and virtual instructor-led training to blended and online eLearning modules. - Substantial knowledge and skill in the application of Articulate 360 suite and basic multi-media software.
- Substantial knowledge of competency-based training frameworks, corporate training requirements, Governance Management Framework and AQTF and their impact on the provision of training.
- Knowledge and application of Learning Management Systems.
- Advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams use for training.
- Relevant tertiary qualification - adult education, teaching, human resource development, Cert IV in Workplace Training.
