Key Responsibilities:

As our Design & Production Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our production process, driving innovation and excellence with every decision you make. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the charge in generating and updating styling details on fit packs, ensuring clear communication with our pattern maker and production team.
• Overseeing the accuracy of garment information and sketches on tech packs, identifying and resolving any errors in samples to maintain our high standards.
• Collaborating closely with the Head Designer to translate design concepts into technical sketches, ensuring feasibility and efficiency in production while aligning with the aesthetic of the brand.
• Trend forecasting and assisting the head designer to develop design concepts, prints, and embroideries in line with the brand aesthetic, infusing our collections with fresh ideas and creativity.
• Managing fabric, trim, and garment approvals with precision and care, maintaining our commitment to quality at every stage of production.
• Coordinating sample and production schedules with finesse, ensuring seamless progress from concept to delivery.
• Leveraging your expertise to source new factories, fabric qualities, and trims, constantly seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize our production processes.
• Crafting captivating lookbooks and marketing collateral that showcase our products in their best light, driving engagement and excitement among our audience.
• Harnessing the power of data to optimize our operations, generating insightful sales and inventory reports that inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in womenswear, coupled with a recognized qualification in Fashion Design and/or Production.
• A deep understanding of sampling and production timelines and off-shore logistics, coupled with exceptional prioritization skills to meet deadlines without compromise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel, with a knack for turning ideas into reality.
• Experience in graphics and textile design is a major plus, showcasing your versatility and creative prowess.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to forge strong relationships with offshore suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Impeccable organizational skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease and grace.
• A strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit, embodying our values of integrity, creativity, and teamwork.
