The successful applicant will work as part of multi-disciplined creative team. They are self-motivated and able to take designs from concept to finished artwork within tight deadlines, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders.We are a worldwide global creative team. You’ll also be helping to build one of the world’s best and fastest growing brands.Responsibilities:Design and delivery of digital concepts for: event demand gen, display/social campaigns (including AfterEffects animations) and the Salesforce websiteLead and execute digital/social experiences including landing pages, emails, and social creative for eventsWe may also need you to step into the print space from time-to-time, supporting design and production for some of the world’s biggest and best technology events.Localise and adapt global brand campaigns for the APAC audienceBalance multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyCommunicate and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholdersBe the brand steward to agency partners. You lead and direct various agencies across campaigns and events, while maintaining Salesforce standards and producing resultsSelf-motivated and highly organisedExperience:Solid background in agency, studio or in-house creative experience, leading digital/web projects from start to finishOutstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong creative graphic design skills and knowledge of digital designDemonstrated ability to solve problems conceptually, collaboratively, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAbility to decipher and respond to briefs, taking designs from concept to finished artwork, independentlyStrong level of competence with the latest trends in: graphic design, multimedia, web design & digital marketingExperience working across global teams is beneficial​SkillsHighly-proficient in FigmaHighly-proficient in the Adobe Creative suite, in particular AI, PS, ID and AEExcellent motion design skills using AfterEffectsVideo editing and/or Creative AI image generation experience would be beneficialVector illustration skills would be beneficialAt Salesforce we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
