Senior Developer

Hudson is currently working with a well known Australian brand, with offices located in the Brisbane CBD to find a Senior Developer to join one of their fastest growing assets. This position is in a division of the business that works on projects that have impact and the potential to change peoples lives. This role would ideally suit someone that likes working in a well run team of other Senior level techies and is well experienced in picking up new tech fast. More details below.What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated experience within a complex application development and support environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools/languages/libraries to build contemporary software systems.
• Experience with the following: Java and a small amount of PHP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools including: Git, GitHub and GitLab.
• Experience with AWS including the following services:
• CloudFormation
• S3
• EC2 / ECS
• Elastic Beanstalk
• Lambda

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Akamai
• Experience with the following: Python, Swift or Bash.
