Your new role- Software Solution Architecture and design with a focus on .Net and Microsoft Technologies
- Assume responsibility for the comprehensive design of the technical solutions for implementation into the existing environment
- Provide end to end technical expertise in application development
- Understanding of development best practices, ensuring the team follows industry standards and best practices
- Review and set coding standards ensuring practices are in place for reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security guidelines.
- Performance optimisation
- Act as a mentor and coach to engineers, imparting technical wisdom.
- Lead by example as a senior member of the engineering team and influence culture and ways of working
- Familiarity with design patterns and implementing them in production
- Experience implementing and managing a microservices based design
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, software architecture and design patterns, such as MVC, MVVM, and SOLID principles, to create maintainable and scalable applications
About you- Skills in documenting and communication of architectures (using diagrams)
- Previous experience leading development teams
- Someone who is actively keeping up to date with technology trends and changes
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus

- Expertise in WPF and MVVM
