AddressCollar Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Development Assessment Planner to join a local Sydney Council on a 6 month contract.

The successful applicant will need to apply high level statutory planning and problem-solving skills in the assessment and determination of complex and sensitive development proposals. In addition to supporting the mentoring and growth of early professions within the team.
Note: this is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Salary: $65 - $80 per hour + 11% superannuation (dependent upon experience and qualifications)
Key Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in either Town Planning or Building related field
- Extensive experience in Development Assessment
- Extensive working knowledge of planning legislation and regulations
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- Australian citizen or resident with full unlimited work rights
- 35 hour working week
