Our client is an established & renowned leading global distributor of Electronic Security Solutions. Operating for over half a century and with a footprint that stretches across the globe, they are experiencing exciting growth in the local market, leading to the creation of a new Senior Account Management role in Sydney.
Position & Responsibilities
Reporting to the State Manager, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing a portfolio of existing Security Integration accounts based in Sydney.
- Manage, develop, and expand assigned accounts to maximise revenue
- Identifying new business / project opportunities with new and existing accounts and drive engagement across the market.
- Understanding customer needs and putting together complex solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key vendors / suppliers
- This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working with a variety of stakeholders and putting together deals
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales, business development or account management experience, preferably from either Security Distribution, integration or a manufacturer / vendor.
- Proven & demonstrated track record of sales success
- Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to new technology
- Highly developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly developed commercial acumen
The Offer
The successful applicant will receive a highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with a base between $110,000 - $130,000 plus Superannuation, $20,000 Vehicle Allowance and a lucrative incentive structure, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading global organisation!
