Role Overview: As a Senior Development Assessment Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficient and effective assessment processes for development applications and related initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of development applications and associated submissions.
• Representing our client at meetings with applicants and external stakeholders.
• Preparing comprehensive and articulate reports for review by internal stakeholders, councils, and planning panels.
• Presenting and participating in meetings related to planning matters as required.

• Six month contract initial contract with potential for extension. 
• $70 - $85ph + Super 
• Close to Public Transport
