CBRE's Development and Infrastructure team is a full-service advisory, providing strategy, feasibility, business case, planning, procurement, structured transactions and delivery of large scale, complex development and infrastructure projects across Australia.
About the roles:
- Experienced professionals from development, infrastructure and project backgrounds to join our expanding consultancy-based Development & Infrastructure Advisory group.
- Experienced in securing projects, managing multiple assignments, and leading teams across the private and public sector space to achieve client outcomes.
- Exposure to a broad range of asset classes such as Utilities (Water/Energy), Transport, Arts Sports & Rec, Property, Education and Health.
- Forming a key part of the QLD team, you'll lead service delivery and deliverables for clients.
- Leading project/assignments including scope development, consultant and supplier procurement, project scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, contract administration and project reporting.
- Overseeing the quality of written reports and presenting to clients.
- Fostering client engagement and developing meaningful relationships with government and private sector clients alike.
- Business development and client base expansion.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as: Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Development, Town Planning or Architecture, with 15+ years' experience.
- Experienced client-side Project/Senior Development Manager or Senior Infrastructure Advisor and looking for the next step in their advisory career.
- Strategic leaders, able to and experienced in leading large scale development and or infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Team player with energy, enthusiasm and the capacity to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas.
