The Senior Development Manager will drive the delivery of a diverse range of projects including medium to high-density residential, student accommodation, and hotel developments across Australia. This growing company is financially stable and possesses strong partnerships with investors, landowners, and government.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group Director, you will lead the development process including driving financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle. In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes i.e. time, cost, and quality and furthermore facilitating handover and settlement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of residential projects;
- Strong commercial acumen, with skills in forecasting and financial management;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects through their full life cycle within time and budget constraints;
- Customer-centric focus, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making;
- Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment;
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
