AddressOur client is a market leading Project and Development Advisory business who are currently managing multiple high profile residential, commercial and hotel developments as well as boutique luxury townhouses. This group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Development Project Manager with experience in the commercial office sector.
The Role
Working under the leadership of a Director or Project Director, this role will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle from brief development and strategy through to completion. With a focus on commercial asset repositioning opportunities, you will be involved in feasibility analysis, design, tender and construction delivery. Critical to your success will be your ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and drive development outcomes in accordance with time, cost and quality milestones.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience / skillset:
- Proven track record in the delivery of built form projects on the Eastern Seaboard
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience working in architecture, consultancy or a client side organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
- Must have commercial office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level commercial acumen
