Senior Digital Analyst - Google Analytics

DFP Recruitment is partnering with NSW's largest provider of vocational education is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to join their busy team working on an exciting Statewide program. This Client is responsible for helping to develop the skills NSW needs to grow the economy for the jobs of tomorrow.
As the Senior Digital Analyst you will join an already busy team and be responsible for the establishment, analysis, and synthesis of complex data from multiple sources to optimise customer experience for the institute's website. This role identifies trends, patterns, relationships, and anomalies, providing new information and insights to the business.
Responsibilities:

• Analyse and gather information, investigate issues and interpret customer feedback to propose website improvements.
• Establish tracking channels, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks for new website tools, functionality, and apps to inform future development.
• Use JavaScript and front-end languages to optimize data collection from reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Implement digital performance dashboards for synthesis and periodic review of analysis techniques and tools.
• Identify AI and machine learning opportunities to automate processes and provide insights and predictions.
• Respond to business requests for reporting, benchmarking, and forecasting across all platforms.
• Create narratives using user personas and journey maps, visualizing insights and recommendations for end users.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation, managing data sources, elements, insights, and frameworks.

Essential Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Java web development and Semrush or other SaaS analytics tool.
2. Capability to distil complex information and undertake analysis to inform sustainable solutions design at a strategic and operational level.
3. Capability in communicating insights and recommendations to influence and inform decision making at senior leadership levels.
