A great opportunity for an experienced Digital Delivery specialist to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Ensuring the website and associated microsites have accessible, user friendly, evidence-based information and experiences.
- Supporting the strategic and administrative activities expected to effectively deliver a new website.
- Key website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, current WCAG, and be a champion for digital inclusion
- Support the website redevelopment team by managing research and engagements activities including user testing with a diverse cohort of users to ensure the Agency delivers an innovative, digitally inclusive, accessible, and easy to use website
- Stakeholder engagement - both internal and external
About you
- Strong digital acumen and knowledge of best practice digital principles
- Experience working with websites and/or digital products
- Stakeholder management experience, at all levels - both internal and extenral
- Experience developing briefs and/or scoping project requirements with stakeholders
- Experience working in a project team, leading project tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Experience with user acceptance testing and user-research activities or facilitating workshops
- Degree in digital marketing or IT
- Previous Content Management Experience
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Melbourne, Gold Coast and Sydney locations + hybrid working from home options.
- $60.26 per hour + Super
