The Role
In this role you will lead the delivery of internal and external digital communication strategies and activities across a range of channels to support the delivery of the NSW Ombudsman Strategic Plan.
The role’s primary focus will be to ensure:

• the public understand our role, can access our services, and have trust and confidence that we will help.
• our digital presence supports stakeholders in receiving a high level of service and reinforces our brand position as impartial, fair and a provider of a valuable service to NSW.
• supports the Manager, Communications and Media to promote and deliver digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organisation.

About you

• You have a proven track record in leading the delivery and implementation of digital projects and communication plans to achieve key business and project objectives, including project management.
• You have demonstratable experience in managing content and technical updates and maintenance of Digital Platforms (websites, intranet, newsletter and media monitoring)
• You also have experience delivering content campaigns and projects with a user/customer focus.
• You will know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal clients and managing external vendors.
