About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Communications Officer to join our Strategic Communications Team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will coordinate, develop and implement a strategic approach to digital, web and multimedia communication which aims to enhance the organisation’s image, through the provision of accessible, informative and responsive experiences for all customers.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
- Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing or Public Relations and/or extensive relevant experience
- A minimum 4 years relevant work experience, including proven experience using different content management systems (CMS) and developing and delivering digital, web and multimedia communication strategies/campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative content with exceptional written skills, a context-informed and adaptive written voice, and a strong grasp of branding and design to optimise the impact of content.
- Experience in executing digital engagement through a range of channels and platforms including eDM’s, websites, intranets and more.
