Senior Digital Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a background in digital agencies?

One of my clients, a performance marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. This position allows for remote work.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes, ensuring compliance, and introducing innovative work approaches.

Note: it is a requirement to have previous experience working in a digital advertising/ marketing agency for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the establishment of new processes to reduce inefficiencies and enhance client and employee satisfaction as the business expands.
• Provide leadership and training to the project management team, building a highly capable and efficient team.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute business strategies, optimize work methods, and promptly address issues for business success.
• Report on efficiencies gained through the implementation of new processes.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively working towards their resolution.
• Lead the team in identifying, documenting, and managing stakeholder expectations in alignment with project scope.
• Oversee end-to-end project management from briefing to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance strategies.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of performance, security, and usability in the delivered creative.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.

Skills & Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in Project Management within leading digital/creative agencies.
• Project management qualifications.
• Experience in business transformation, business improvement, and/or change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Project Management frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Leadership experience with a team of Project Managers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Remote work experience with a dedicated, quiet work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Analytics, Search Console, etc.), Slack, ClickUp, Jira, Zoom, WordPress, Figma, and Builder.io.
