Senior Project Manager - Chatbots, Visual IVR, Contact Centre Digital Solution

Lead the charge and be part of one of Australia's most significant Digital Transformations. We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Project Manager to spearhead the discovery, delivery, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions like Visual IVR and Conversational AI for our client's Contact Centre environment. You'll navigate the RFP process to find the perfect Conversational AI partner, deliver a Minimum Viable Product, and manage project intricacies every step of the way. Are you up for the challenge?
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial discovery to assess technical fit/gap against existing feature parity while elevating the overall Customer Experience input.
• Lead efforts in validating three use cases, ensuring end-to-end verification and seamless functionality.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, allocate resources effectively, and estimate build costs accurately to ensure timely delivery of the project scope.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, QA, and Business stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between client and vendors, ensuring smooth integration and alignment of strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of managing complex digital projects - large customer focused, product focused companies preferable i.e large banks, large telco, large retail.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Previous experience working with Visual IVR and Conversational AI (Chatbot & Messenger) solutions.
