Details: An exciting opportunity is available at Major Projects Canberra to lead our dynamic Corporate Support team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within a busy but collaborative team environment. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director, Corporate Support is responsible for overseeing strategic resource management functions, including ICT, Security and Emergency Management, Records Management, Facilities, Fleet and Sustainability. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to deliver results in the realm of corporate services.

What you will do:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Corporate Support team, ensuring effective planning, development, and implementation of strategic policies and programs.
- Lead and manage teams responsible for ICT and Business Systems, Records Management, FOI, Facilities, Fleet, Security and Emergency Management, Asset Management, and Sustainability.
- Offer high-level strategic advice for Corporate Support, contributing to short-term tasks and long-term strategic planning.
- Consult with stakeholders, prepare reports, and submissions to meet reporting requirements for sustainability, facilities, and fleet.
- Manage recruitment and human resources activities for the team, implementing performance management and staff support frameworks.
- Represent the Agency in high-level cross-government committees and working groups.
Eligibility/Other requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Management, Public Policy, or a related field are highly desirable.
