An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Director Finance to join our finance team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key leader within the organisation, the Senior Finance Director will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and providing insightful advice to senior management to support financial performance goals.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

This role provides:

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, providing strategic guidance to the executive team.
- Oversee financial performance reporting and analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations across the organisation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Remuneration value up to $191,806 p.a., comprising salary $167,864, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (DSO1) (Permanent full time, 76 hrs p.f.).
