This position is responsible for the oversight of the business unit – You will Lead and manage the Salary Packaging, HR Service Desk and Payroll Administration teams, build and maintain important business partnerships and working relationships, maintain relevancy of the work undertaken in the area, and in driving a culture of continuous improvement and a high-performance culture focussing on people, customer and innovation. The position requires the exercise of sound judgement, flexibility, tact and discretion.
