Senior Drainage Engineer

Opportunity in Brisbane CBD for an experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on drainage design for TMR roads and highways projects across QLD.

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers with a focus on drainage design for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Brisbane CBD with an international, award-winning international engineering consultancy.
In this role you'll be responsible for:

• The design and delivery of drainage models on major transport infrastructure projects, with a focus on TMR roads and highways;
• Mentoring civil engineers and upskilling them in drainage design, with a focus on MUSIC modelling;
• Liaising with the project managers as well as TMR to advise on project status.

We're looking to speak with candidates with the following attributes:

• 8+ years' experience as a Civil Engineer in Australia, with a focus on drainage design for transport infrastructure projects;
• Experience using 12D drainage software as well as MUSIC and ideally flood modeling software like TUFLOW;
• Previous experience delivering drainage designs on behalf of a state government authority (TMR, TfNSW etc.)
• RPEQ or CPEng accreditation.
