Senior Ecommerce Manager

The Role: 
Reporting into the Digital Director, this role will take ownership of driving and delivering the online content roadmap, collaborating closely with Marketing, Retail, CRM & wider Digital teams. 

You will have huge involvement in strategic planning, for both the ANZ market and wider Global platforms, across the full CRO roadmap, optimisation & enhancement projects, continuously innovating the digital content experience.

Essential Skills: 

• Extensive experience in eCommerce management, preferrably within Luxury Retail or Fashion & Apparel
• Strong background with managing, developing & delivering end to end CRO strategies 
• Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end content & merchandising strategy, managing a major CMS 
• A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally across Retail, Marketing, Brand, CRM & wider Digital teams
• A strong background in AB Testing, analytics & reporting, presenting insights & driving strategic change
• Solid people leadership and mentorship experience, managing wide, large teams to high-performance
