Senior Ecommerce Manager

Our client, a leading direct-to-consumer apparel company, is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their Ecommerce and Technology Team.
  
You will have experience in data-driven marketing, experimentation and e-commerce merchandising. This role will work closely with the marketing, design and engineering teams to see concepts through to execution.
 
This is a high-performance team who are on a mission to continue to drive the success of this impressive business.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management Collaboration: Partner with the operations and demand planning team to analyse and report on previous stock sell-down, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimising stockouts.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate closely with the creative and ad teams to plan and execute upcoming campaigns, focusing on merchandise assortment, user journey, and customer segmentation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Plan and develop A/B testing and use insights gained from past experiments to generate new testing ideas and continually enhance the online shopping experience.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
• UI/UX: Landing page, PDP and digital campaign design and planning to assist in the development of core web metrics

  
Key Skills You'll have:

• You'll have a background in a direct-to-consumer environment, as an experienced Commerce Manager.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the Shopify platform.
• Strong analytical skills, and experience making data-driven decisions.
• A good understanding of performance media channels.
• Understanding of user experience & behavioural analytics.
• Highly desired technical skills, across Google Analytics, Paid Media channels, Klaviyo.

  
This role is based in Sydney and is an onsite work model.
