Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Senior Educator/Educational Leader who wants to join our supportive team at our Caboolture centre. In this role, you will work within our team of qualified early learning professionals to provide high-quality care for children, promote their learning and help them to develop key skills for the future. We are looking for a dedicated, driven individual to fill this permanent part-time position.
In the Educational Leader position, you will show a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Framework for School Age Care. You will guide educators in the development, implementation, and reflection of their educational programs and practices.
This is a great position for someone who has a passion for programme and practice as it will have lots of opportunities for professional growth including paid programming, study, training, and development. This position is ideal for a senior educator that wants the training and support to progress in their career. You will have an interest in and a passion for children’s learning.

Skills and Experience
- Hold or be studying a Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Current Blue Card
- Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications
- Good understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework
- Sound knowledge of current Regulation and Accreditation guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- A passion for children
