We are partnered with a well-known national brand for the recruitment of a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer, to work on an expansion project.
This project scope is due to run for circa 18 months and will commence in April. You'll work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, down at this company's Kwinana site. That means you'll be home every night - no more long days - a role with true work/life balance.

In this role, you'll lead the Project E&I engineering design, execution, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the Project - and provide project support to the operations.
The role will be required to interface with the engineering contractor, as the 'owner's team' E&I engineering lead.
You'll ideally have the following skills and experience:
- A strong focus on safety and safe work practices
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering disciplines
- Experience and technical ability in managing small to medium sized electrical and instrumentation projects from concept through to detailed design and execution phases
- Experience with PLC, comms and instrumentation upgrades/replacements
- Knowledge of local electrical standards and regulations
- Selection of electrical equipment
- Testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment
- Strong communication skills
Prior to commencing, you'll need to provide a current police clearance and pass a D&A test - but we can talk you through that process.
