03rd April, 2024 About our client We are working with a prominent Australian brand seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join a team of subject matter experts.  This organisation has a large and complex workforce 1000 and has a strong union presence.  Position Duties & Relationships Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will be an integral part of a small yet dedicated team, operating with a degree of autonomy. In this role, you will provide high-level advice and support to a diverse range of clients across the organisation on various Employee Relations and generalist HR matters. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including unions, other universities, professional bodies, and external service providers.
