About the role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in South Australian industries? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Engagement Adviser. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving effective stakeholder engagement for a diverse range of business opportunities and projects across various industry sectors in South Australia.
As a Senior Engagement Adviser, you will lead the charge in strategically designing and implementing engagement activities. Your influence will extend to shaping strategies, policies, and programs that contribute to the economic, environmental, and social advancement of South Australia. Your work will involve undertaking comprehensive research, analysis, and business engagement, ensuring a well-rounded approach to achieving positive outcomes.

Key Selection Criteria:
To apply and succeed in the role, you will have:
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality engagement activities;
- Experience developing, interpreting, and analysing data, strategy or policy, identifying trends and insights and providing advice, succinct reports and recommendations;
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship management with senior business leaders;
- Sound knowledge of business and management practices, stakeholders' engagement frameworks and strategies, and project management fundamentals.
Competitive salary ( $106,512 min - $115,137 max pa) plus superannuation

Desirable: Appropriate Tertiary Qualification in Economics, Commerce or Business-related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.

- Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check (NPC) required prior to employment.
- Satisfactory Department of Human Services General Employment Probity required prior to employment.
