Your New Opportunity:
As the SeniorElectrical and Controls Engineer, you will be leading the Electrical and Control systems design and integration on contemporary and new power system solutions with a range of customers and suppliers.
You'll lead the specifications and selection of materials, suppliers and subcontractors and contribute to the success and growth of our Off-Highway Engineering team. With your knowledge and background, you will help deliver projects and build the knowledge base for electronic application of emerging technologies for potential new applications.
You will be provided with the opportunity to lead the electrical technical design for our projects and work with a range of customers and stakeholders across our project portfolio.
About you:
- Tertiary Electrical Engineering Qualifications
- Understanding of power systems and control systems.
- Experience commissioning electrical and electronic control systems highly desirable
- Experience with high voltage systems in mobile applications highly desirable
- Experience with battery and DC/DC conversion systems highly desirable
- Competency in the use of Electrical CAD
- Familiarity with AS3000 and other relevant electrical industry standards.
- Process-driven engineer able to develop, implement and drive compliance with engineering processes.
- Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to technical, application, and related issues.
- Strong leadership in driving projects to completion and managing a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
