Form of work Company Background Our client is a leading environmental consultancy who specialise in remediation and contaminated land. They are looking for a Senior Environmental Scientist with a range of industry experience inclusive of contaminated land assessment and remediation. Responsibilities: ? This role will involve using your technical skills and knowledge on a wide variety of projects for both public and private sector clients including: ?Executing on-ground field works at contaminated sites involving the collection of soil, sediment, surface and groundwater samples and supervision of contractors. Project scoping, proposal writing and fieldwork preparation. Undertaking all works consistent with our safety values, systems and procedures. Evaluating and distilling field and analytical data. Preparing scientific and technical reports. Working as part of a broad team to help solve complex environmental issues. Laboratory investigations.
