About your new role
We have an exciting opportunity to join us in a 12 month fixed term contract as our Senior Equipment & Parts Analyst. You will be part of our amazingly supportive National Equipment, Services & Parts team, reporting into the EQS National Planning & Optimisation Manager.
Work with the support of National Parts team and Planning & Optimisation Manager to plan, organise, direct, manage, and evaluate departments responsible for EQS inventory/CCEP systems and implement the associated management policies of the organisation.
This role includes the identification of opportunities for inventory operation and systems improvements with the support of ongoing systems projects with local and national teams as well as CCEP business partners.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring Parts availability at the right place at the right time
- Parts analysis and demand forecasting & recommendations
- Management of the Interactive BOM explosion maintenance
- Optimisation and management of MRP
- Communicating plans and progress for reporting to leadership meetings
- Support supplier relationships and ensure accurate forecasting to avoid any equipment/parts delays / excess stock coverage
- Equipment & Parts analysis and demand forecasting & recommendations
- Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of change and opportunities to improve
Let’s talk about you
- Tertiary Qualifications (Business/Warehousing/Inventory Management/Systems ideal)
- 3+ Years experience in a similar inventory management role (similar industry preferred but not essential)
- Experience creating and utilising MS Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas is critical
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders to form an agreed plan - excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure plans are effectively communicated
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Ability to lead projects
