With Global growth the company is in massive expansion and looking to push their construction and Quarry lines throughout the country regions of NSW. They found themselves requiring a specialist from within the industry. The earthmoving equipment dealer operates all over Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia and they have one of the biggest names because of the machinery they offer and numbers of units they sell throughout the Oceania region. You will be heavily support from management along with strong backup from the service department. Your skills commercial agility is to make this role a true success.
Job Opportunity -
Working from your car you will be responsible for a defined territory from (Parramatta down to South to Goulburn and back around the coastal area. While you will be required to service a number of existing accounts your goal will be to grow this territory through your superior new business development skills. You’re going to be targeting major leaders within the construction, civil and local government markets. It’s essential that you have the core skill to cold call and develop relationships from the first call, you will talk to many different people, so you need change your direction and sales approach depending on the customer’s background.
Once gained the interest and understood the direction of the customer and taken on-board what they are trying to do you must select the right equipment and provide a detailed answer to why you have chosen that machine to do the job. Whilst pointing out the benefits and negatives of your machine choice. The customer may want to see the machine before signing the contract so your demonstration skills will come into play along with your ability to go through a detailed machine demo. You will manage your customer’s expectation by going through the delivery time and handover plus also offering training on the machine if needed. Once completed and the machine has been delivered it’s important that you work with your aftermarket team and service department to secure the customer long term contracts for parts and warrantee services.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least two years of experience selling capital equipment or have sold associated equipment into the same markets. Sales experience is a must within this position.
The successful candidate will go will offered the following salary package which will also include many other bonuses and other benefits that are not mentioned in this add.
- Base Salary - $100,000
- Superannuation 11%
- Company 4WD
- Uncapped Commissions - $40,000 - $70,000

- Full onboarding training and mentoring from management.
