Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional sales teams to execute the annual marketing plan strategy
• Drive customer and sales engagement through innovative marketing initiatives
• Author and deploy key strategy documents, including strategic plans and product launch plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, institutions and surgeons
• Tailor marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in medical device marketing & sales preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
