Partner with the Regional Managers and Area Sales Directors and help them implement the Annual Marketing Strategy and work closely with the Territory managers to aid them in converting surgeons and hitting quota.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional sales teams to execute the annual marketing plan strategy
- Drive customer and sales engagement through innovative marketing initiatives
- Author and deploy key strategy documents, including strategic plans and product launch plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, institutions and surgeons
- Tailor marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and drive continuous improvement
- 5+ years in medical device marketing & sales preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
