What's great about working in the Executive Services Team?
We are looking for Communities future leaders to join us as Executive Manager and Senior Executive Officer. These roles provide the opportunity to be exposed to the overarching activities and functions of the agency. Working in a multidisciplinary, cross functional team you will work across the spectrum of executive services including ministerial and parliamentary support, corporate support, human resources, finance, planning, reporting and projects.
You will play a key role in liaison with Ministers, senior members of the agency and external stakeholders. This includes providing key strategic advice and you will be in a position of influence. You will provide advice to agency staff who are the subject matter experts to move things efficiently through our systems.
The Executive Manager is a leadership role. You will coordinate resources and oversee planning and reporting to drive delivery of outcomes across the Department.
The Senior Executive Officer coordinates ministerial and corporate functions across the division.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities. The roles are full time, however part time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate/s.
