Successful applicants to this pool may be placed into one of our SES positions for fixed-term contracts of up to five years.About the rolesWe have embarked on a major multi-year reform agenda and are seeking experienced executive directors and directors to join our team and help us shape the agency for the future.These senior leadership positions will play a critical role in driving reform within the agency and delivering the strategic priorities of the department and the State Government. These roles will be responsible for building and leading diverse teams of skilled professionals and directing the operations of their directorates/branches. The occupants of these positions lead by example and consistently display our values by actively promoting strategies, policies and systems that supports the work of the department.What we’re looking forTo be successful in a senior leadership role within the portfolios of Climate and Sustainability and Approvals, you will need to demonstrate the required experience, skills and leadership behaviours as outlined in the Leadership Position Profile for either an Executive Director or Director position (attached).
