An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Facilities Manager to provide the strategic approach to facilities management as well as lead our facility management team and oversee all services and functions relating to facilities management. You will have a proactive approach to challenging the status quo and a proven technical knowledge of assets.
Snapshot of the role:
Accountable for the Reliability Program (RExP) and managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services; customers liaison and service contractor management across all sites
Manage and maintain facility operations to deliver high quality, efficient and cost-effective management
Manage operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, procurement produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting
Ensure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant
Lead and implement environmental and sustainability initiatives
Lead and manage facilities personnel, onsite cleaning, security personnel and service contractors
Proactive approach and involvement in services review and development of best practices and implementation
Manage the relationship with internal and external customers
Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives
What we are looking for:
Engineering or Technical degree
Significant Facilities Management experience
People leadership experience and contractor management
A strong delivery focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Strong financial acumen
High tenacity with the ability to work in a highly demanding and changing environment
