About you
- Admission to an Australian jurisdiction and Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia
- 8 years PQE in Family Law
- You will want to join an established firm of 40+ staff including 17 lawyers
- Passion and commitment to contributing to our Firm and to the Sydney Family Law community
Qualifications
- Ability to work unsupervised and under the guidance of a Partner.
- Excellent knowledge of family law and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Confident in court room advocacy skills
- Attention to detail in drafting evidence and pleadings without guidance
- Capacity for empathy in an approach resolving to family conflict
