Aurora Dairies are currently seeking a Senior Farm Hand (or Farm Hand) in Denison, located 15 minutes from Sale and Traralgon in the Gippsland region of Victoria, 2 hours and 20 minutes from Melbourne.
The farm has a herd of 600 cows running 80% spring and 20% autumn herds. The dairy is a 30 aside herringbone with Jentech operating system. Total property size is 157Ha with centre pivot and flood irrigation.
Accommodation may be available on farm for singles or families.

This role will include tasks the areas of:
- Driving and upholding Animal Health and Safe Operating Procedures.
- All aspects of milking.
- Animal husbandry.
- Pasture management.
- Machinery operation.
- Repairs and maintenance.
The desired skills and experience for this opportunity are:
- Past dairy industry experience is highly desirable for this position, but we may consider inexperienced applicants with the right attitude at Farm Hand level.
