We are currently seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our HBT Service team, based out of our North Ryde office. Reporting to the Field Service Leader, your focus will be to service customer sites, maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining Honeywell and third-party equipment, primarily Building Automation Systems and electronic security systems
- Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems)
- Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
- Overseeing Technicians and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed
- Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control & Security systems as relevant
- Navigate and interrogate Security / ICT interfaces
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Electrical and or Electronic Technician or Equivalent (An appropriate Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification advantageous)
- Gallagher Certified technicians preferred
- At least five years' experience in servicing and maintenance of technical equipment
- DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems
- Instrumentation and commissioning experience
