We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A to join our dynamic and growing business. Based at our head office in Mentone / Moorabbin and reporting to the Finance Manager - Group FP&A and Reporting, you will be an integral part of the Group FP&A function with a focus on the support of integrated business planning, annual budget setting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Ideally may be making a move from "Big 4" / Professional Services into a Global Industry leader.

• Support the preparation of financial reporting to senior executive management and the Global Board, including monthly integrated business reporting and annual Budget setting.
• Provide value adding business partnering, forecasting, and budgeting support to our corporate stakeholders and wider finance team.
• Utilise commercial acumen and analytical skills to deliver insights and improve management financial decision making.
• Actively drive continuous improvement initiatives and the use of technology to support the delivery of the Simplot strategy.
• Responsible for the successful functioning, administration, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Performance Management system to support business-critical planning and reporting.

• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience in a "Big 4" or similar professional services environment is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in similar FP&A role highly desirable.
• Ability to meet deadlines and influence others.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and visualisation skills ("Story telling").
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience with financial modelling and analysis.
• Knowledge of and interest in financial systems (SAP/JDE) and utilising BI tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
