- Support the preparation of financial reporting to senior executive management and the Global Board, including monthly integrated business reporting and annual Budget setting.
- Provide value adding business partnering, forecasting, and budgeting support to our corporate stakeholders and wider finance team.
- Utilise commercial acumen and analytical skills to deliver insights and improve management financial decision making.
- Actively drive continuous improvement initiatives and the use of technology to support the delivery of the Simplot strategy.
- Responsible for the successful functioning, administration, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Performance Management system to support business-critical planning and reporting.
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience in a “Big 4” or similar professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in similar FP&A role highly desirable.
- Ability to meet deadlines and influence others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and visualisation skills (“Story telling”).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Experience with financial modelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of and interest in financial systems (SAP/JDE) and utilising BI tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
