Reporting to the experienced Financial Controller, this newly created, diverse and hands-on role will be responsible for maintaining financial control of the day-to-day operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting and a range of general administration and accounting duties. Providing key support to the Financial Controller, a career development pathway exists for someone seeking a professional growth opportunity.
Applications are sought from proactive, efficient, confident and positive finance professionals with demonstrated experience in a similar generalist finance officer role, including payroll experience. A sound understanding of Xero or an equivalent accounting system is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound attention to detail and a collaborative team focus within a flat management structure will be essential to add value and thrive in this dynamic, friendly and supportive team environment. CA/CPA status is not a requirement, however, bookkeeping qualifications are essential.
