The Role:
As a Senior Workforce Planner, you'll collaborate closely with management teams to align workforce planning with People, Business, and Customer objectives. Reporting to the National HR Manager, you'll oversee workforce productivity, providing essential reporting, analysis, and optimization of workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team as the primary point of contact for scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and uplift in workforce planning, contributing to future business strategies.
