About the role
We are looking for an absolute ‘A-Grade’ Adviser who not only understands and thrives to live their version of 'My Good Life' but is also extremely passionate about our clients living theirs too. This is a permanent, full time role based in our amazing, purpose-built office in Hawthorn.
Key responsibilities:
· Add to and enhance the culture within Tribeca (high performance)
· Providing financial advice to a select group of our existing clients
· To engage new advice clients into the Tribeca family
We are on the hunt for an exceptional person (first and foremost), as well as an ‘A Grade’ Adviser. We are looking for the person with the right aptitude and attitude who wants a long-term position in a fantastic organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· At least 5 years’ experience as an Adviser.
· Working experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
· A can-do attitude and high levels of resilience.
· Emotional intelligence. You are a naturally bubbly, caring and show real
empathy.
· Pride in your work with a fast, effective and highly proactive approach.
· Great attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
· Delight in interacting with clients and pride yourself on an exceptional
client experience.
Required:
· Tertiary level qualification.
