To be successful in this type of role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to build authenticity with internal referral sources
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, with FASEA qualifications and SMSF accreditation
• Previous financial planning experience within a professional services environment
• A collaborative approach, and a real passion to put the clients first.
