About the Position.
As a Senior Foreman, you will play a crucial in overseeing the onsite execution of construction projects in Canberra, ACT, ranging from $50M - $250M in value. You will work alongside an experienced Site Manager, Foreman, Project Manager, and Contracts Administrator whilst coordinating all on-site activity, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining project schedule. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of prestigious projects while advancing your career with a dynamic and innovative construction company.
Duties.
- Oversee day-to-day running of on-site operations
- WHS Management and Compliance
- Subcontractor management and program management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks and site inductions
- Trade qualification is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
