About the role
As a Practice Manager, you will lead our teams of Psychologists and Counsellors to ensure high-quality member Care. Your leadership will result in the smooth running of day-to-day operations which will allow therapists to focus on providing the best support to our members.
You will lead strategic improvement and take ownership of planning initiatives focused on process improvement. The right person will be comfortable tracking and analysing productivity KPIs, to make informed decisions around continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with P&C to attract and retain qualified therapists who align with Sonder’s culture (assessed through the second cultural interview)
- Attract exceptional therapists by showcasing rewarding work, a supportive team, and growth opportunities within a culture focused environment.
- Empower therapists to achieve success, by providing ongoing support and resources to help them consistently deliver 5 high-quality therapy sessions per day
- In collaboration with the SSC Psychologist, create and regularly review personalised development plans for each team member
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through efficient calendar management, platform administration and escalation processes, to allow therapists to focus on members
