The Group
Our client is a private equity backed property company that has experienced rapid growth and will continue to go from strength to strength.
The Role
Working in this newly created role and reporting directly into the CFO, this role includes:
-create and maintain the corporate model
-analytics of business drivers and updating the model to reflect these drivers
-own the budget and forecast process
-work with external valuers to drive the valuation process
-ad hoc analysis and modelling as required
The Person
You will be CA/CPA or CFA qualified and have prior experience working in an operational intensive business. Modelling experience and executive presence will be keys to your success in this role.
